TR3 Terms of Service

Welcome to TR3! By accessing or using the TR3 platform, mobile applications, websites, or services (collectively, the “TR3 Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the TR3 Service

The TR3 Service provides an online marketplace-alike Platform-As-A-Service PaaS tool for hosts to advertise properties for both short-term and long-term rentals, and for guests to discover and book unique travel accommodations around the world. You must be at least 18 years old to use the TR3 Service.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access and use certain features of the TR3 Service such as listing a property. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities associated with your account.

3. Property Listings

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of any property descriptions, photos, amenity lists, calendar availability and other content related to their listings. TR3 does not endorse or validate the content providers include in their listings.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a stay through TR3, you must pay all applicable taxes and fees. TR3 uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By using TR3, you agree to any additional terms and policies required by our payment partners.

For Host User: All property listing related taxations, fees, and charges should be strictly managed by the host user. When accepting an “Offline Payment” reservation, TR3 does not guarantee the guest will honor the reservation. The Host is solely responsible for accepting an Offline Payment reservation. Host must incorporate fees and charges required by our payment partners into their listed nightly rate for the property.

For Guest User: All property reservations are strictly managed by the Host User directly. TR3 does not endorse or validate the accuracy and authenticity of a listing. After a reservation is accepted by the Host User, reservation payment will be charged by TR3’s third-party payment processors and directed to the listing Host User. TR3 does not endorse or process reservation refunds unless directed by the Host User. You agree that all reservation related liabilities are solely responsibilities of the Host User.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

The Host’s cancellation policy governs cancellations and refund eligibility for stays booked through TR3. You acknowledge that TR3 has no obligation to provide refunds beyond what is required by the Host’s cancellation terms.

6. User Conduct

You may use the TR3 Service for legal purposes only. You may not use TR3 to transmit illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive or hateful content. TR3 reserves the right to remove any violating content or accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The TR3 Service and all its contents are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the TR3 Service without our prior written consent. 

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TR3 provides the Service on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. TR3 will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 

9. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold TR3 harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the TR3 Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

TR3 reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and/or California

12. Changes to Terms

TR3 may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Trusted Points Reward Program

TR3 offers a rewards program called “Trusted Points” that allows hosts to provide rewards to guests on qualifying bookings, and allows guests to earn and redeem points for free stays. The Trusted Points program is governed by the following rules:

What is the Trusted Points Program?

TR3’s Trusted Points program is the default rewards program for all listings on the TR3 platform.

Trusted Points allows hosts to offer rewards on bookings and lets guests earn and redeem points for free stays. Here are the details:

For Hosts:

  1. When creating a listing, hosts can opt-in to the Trusted Points program by agreeing to provide a percentage reward on all completed reservations.
  2. Hosts must incorporate the percentage Trusted Points fee into their listed nightly rate for the property.
  3. TR3 will collect the Trusted Points Fee and convert it to Trusted Points to disburse to the guest after their stay is completed.

For Guests:

  1. After a reservation is marked as “Finished”, guests will earn Trusted Points based on the total amount paid (excluding taxes/fees).
  2. Earned Trusted Points will be deposited into the guest’s TR3 account and can be viewed on their Points Statement.
  3. Guests can redeem their Trusted Points for future bookings on any listing that accepts the Trusted Points. Bookings must be paid fully with Trusted Points – no partial redemptions are allowed.
  4. Trusted Points have no expiration and can be banked indefinitely.

Trusted Points Program Terms & Conditions:

  • Hosts choose whether to enroll each listing in Trusted Points individually.
  • The Trusted Points Fee is non-refundable for the guest and host.
  • Points can only be earned on completed “Qualifying Stays” as defined in the program rules.
  • Only online transactions are eligible to earn or redeem Trusted Points. Trusted Points fee is calculated as a percentage on top of the nightly price. When the user chooses offline payment instead, the Trusted Points fee will no longer be collected since the user will not receive any points. To equalize the final transaction price, the TrustPoints fee for offline transaction methods is calculated and collected by the Host user directly and considered as an additional listing rate.
  • TR3 reserves the right to deactivate or modify the Trusted Points program at any time.
  • Trusted Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

By participating in the Trusted Points program as either a host or guest, you agree to be bound by these program rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. TR3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trusted Points program at any time in its sole discretion. Trusted Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
